Cost: $90

session includes: 30 min time slot, 8-10 images in a private on line gallery, 1 8x8 collage (up to 5 images backed on foam), disk with 5x7 proofs.

Miss Lucille Marie

The beautiful Banzhaf family just became a family of five! I had the honor to spend some time with them this week photographing them. Miss little Lucille is just DARLING! Her big brothers are super excited! This family is one of the nicest, loving, and caring families around. I loved seeing that Mom loves capturing her families special moments. There are beautiful images all over the house! I am so glad I am not the only one. lol!

Miss Lucille is so pretty. Those eyes, those lips, her squishy cheeks. I could go on and on. She is going to be fun photographing through the coming years...she already likes to "pose" lol! The image of her in her cute little hat lying down cracks me up! :)

Banzhaf family, congratulations! Your family is now complete. Enjoy your precious gift. :)

The Baptism of Carley Junella Kelley

Yesterday was a glorious day! I had the honor of capturing the Baptism if little Miss Carley Junella. We met up early to take some pictures before the ceremony. Friends and family from all over, Houston, Wharton, Waco and New York came to celebrate this special occasion. Carley is loved so much! She is such a beautiful little girl.






Then we headed over to the church for the Baptism. It was so lovely. Carley did so well!

Tiffany & Jon are having a baby - Maternity

On Saturday afternoon I met up with Tiffany and Jon for a maternity session. The weather was gorgeous and the location was stunning. Tiffany is just glowing! I know they are very excited to hold their new baby soon. Their beautiful dog is too. lol! Soon their house will filled with the pitter patter of little feet. :) Congrats guys! I can't wait to meet your little one.

Alliebeth - a Gift from God

I knew I had to get this sneak peek up fast otherwise I would be having about 400 women calling/texting/emailing me. lol! About 3 hours ago I got to meet little Miss Alliebeth! Wow! She is just BEAUTIFUL!!! Adoption is very near and dear to my heart. My sister and brother-in-law adopted my cutie nephew 3 years ago. I understand all the emotions new adopted parents go through those first few days. Getting the "call" of being picked, not knowing when you get to acquire custody and all the legal stuff, heading out to the store to get diapers, formula, wipes. Just being a new parent in general! Ali and Randy though have it down pat. They are just on cloud nine right now and so is their family. They are just so loving and gentle with little Alliebeth. That house is just bursting with love! They are wonderful parents!

I am so pleased I got to hang out with them and their visiting family this morning to capture their first little moments of being a complete family. ♥ ♥ ♥

Education is an Atmosphere

This school year Ryan started Kindergarten. Big boy school! Big boy school meant big boy homework. lol! I wanted a place where he and Kathleen (cause she really, really has a thirst to learn just like big brother) could sit and really enjoy studying. Soooo out went our kitchen table. We eat either at the breakfast bar or dining room so this was the perfect spot for our "school room". We went out to the country antiquing and had the kids find and pick out their perfect desks. Then it all just started to came together. We still have more things to do to it, but nothing a few more trips to the country antique stores can't fix. :)

Our school room is the busiest room in our house. The children love it. It is their sanctuary...it's their space. It is equipped with everything my reader and my beginner reader needs. We have manipulatives, letter/word tiles, flash cards, guided readers, early readers, pattern blocks and so much more. All organized to where the kids can get them out and know where they go back :) Their desks are very important to them. They are very protective of their desks and what goes in them. It's their private space.

I am happy. I love that they love to learn. ♥ ♥ ♥

Animal Hospital

Yesterday I got to spend the day at the two Animal Hospital
locations. It was cool! They needed some updated images to refresh their web site, promotional flyers, newsletters and such. It was great to be a fly on the wall and see what goes on there behind the scenes. I got to see teeth cleanings, grooming, surgery and a bunch more! All the Doctors, techs, and employees were just so sweet and caring. Thank you all for a great day! These adorable animals are in great hands. :)


First up was the Champions Northwest location:



Then I headed over to the Jones Road location. They have a cool drive thru that you can pick up your pet medications from. How neat and convenient!

The kids have been dressed since morning. They can't wait!






and well, Let's just say Kathleen has the Steeler Spirit! lol!!! Ms. Payne, I think all those ballet classes are paying off! haha!

Newborn Cody

This afternoon I headed over to meet little mister Cody. Oh my! He is to die for! I just wanted to squish his little cheeks. He has that newborn smell that draws you right in. You just want to go around smelling his little head. lol! After yesterday's "ice day" I was so happy to see the warmer weather! We did some of the shoot outside. Their kitchen had the most awesome natural light coming in so I set up studio right there to do the rest. He was so good! Mom and Dad were so easy going...they got this parenting thing down pat! :) Enjoy your sneak peeks Carlton Family. Your family is just awesome!


Little Cody. :) I loved the hearts on their front door. What a perfect spot for a family picture!
