The Penley Family

The fall season has begun! Through out the next few weeks/months, you will see lots of beautiful smiling families here on the blog. Christmas will be here before you know it and they will be all ready for their Christmas cards with new pictures. :) I love this time of year! I love to see the weather change as we get closer and closer to Thanksgiving. I am ready for cooler weather. This 100 degree is not cutting it for me anymore. lol!



Last night I met up with the stunning Penley Family. What a joy they are! It has been fun to watch their sweet family grow the past few years. :)


It was a little hot and the mosquitoes were bad, but we got in some great shots! Thank you Penley Family! It was fun! I just love your sweet family!

A Family Reunion

This evening I met up with the sweetest family ever!  All 20 of them finally were able to come together for a wonderful family reunion.   There was a lot to celebrate...birthdays, an engagement,  & lots of family love!  All the grandchildren were there to take a special picture with their grandparents...what a wonderful memory for them! It was a beautiful night. A little hot, but we got in some great shots!  Thank you everyone!  It was fun!

Baby Landry will be here soon!

I met up with these soon to be parents Friday to take their Maternity pictures. Baby Landry will be here before they know it! I know they are excited. :) It was a great evening at the park with beautiful not too hot weather. We got in a great maternity session. Congrats you two! You will make awesome parents!

The Acuff Family

This weekend I got to meet up with the sweet Acuff Family. They had some extended family in town for the Memorial weekend, so they got to jump in some shots as well! It was great. The Riggs Family

I met up with the sweet Riggs family for one last family session of 4. They will be a family of 5 in a few short weeks! A sweet little princess is about to make her appearance. :) Stay tuned for her baby sweetness soon! Today was all about the boys! They are super excited to be big brothers! I met the Sembritzky family Sunday at their stunning home. I swear, it is a photographers dream place. Everywhere I turned there was a hidden treasure. Beautiful gardens, pond, wood, old barn... Wow! Miss Hannah

I met up with the Hannah early Sunday morning to take her senior pictures. Her sweet boy friend Sean came along too so he jumped in a few. :) It was a great morning. A little hot, but we managed. lol! We got in some fantastic shots! Enjoy your sneaks!

KallieAnn's 1st Birthday Party

Last night was a wonderful party for the cutest 1 year old around. It just seems like yesterday I was in the hospital taking her birth pictures. Where did the year go?!?!

The party was at the awesome Eden Cafe in Magnolia, Texas. We started out early before the guest arrived and took some great pictures outside with family. Then we all headed inside to PARTY! :)

All the guest dinned on wonderful food and drinks. The kiddos played with the cool Play Clay. It smelled so good!

Little Miss KallieAnn sure enjoyed her cake! :) She was a doll! Not one complaint out of her. She loved her party!

Tiffany & Jon are having a baby - Maternity

On Saturday afternoon I met up with Tiffany and Jon for a maternity session. The weather was gorgeous and the location was stunning. Tiffany is just glowing! I know they are very excited to hold their new baby soon. Their beautiful dog is too. lol! Soon their house will filled with the pitter patter of little feet. :) Congrats guys! I can't wait to meet your little one.

Newborn Cody

This afternoon I headed over to meet little mister Cody. Oh my! He is to die for! I just wanted to squish his little cheeks. He has that newborn smell that draws you right in. You just want to go around smelling his little head. lol! After yesterday's "ice day" I was so happy to see the warmer weather! We did some of the shoot outside. Their kitchen had the most awesome natural light coming in so I set up studio right there to do the rest. He was so good! Mom and Dad were so easy going...they got this parenting thing down pat! :) Enjoy your sneak peeks Carlton Family. Your family is just awesome!

A little girl is on her way...Maternity Session

A little girl is on her way anytime now! I met up with the Banzhaf family to do a quick mini maternity session. What a gorgeous evening we had. We got lots of great shots...I just LOVE evening golden light. It was beautiful! I even snapped one as I was getting into my car of their latest addition to their family that arrived that day....THE SWAGGER WAGON! :) haha! Enjoy your new ride! The Kennedy Family

I go back from vacation and back to work I went! :) I met up with the super cute Kennedy Family Monday afternoon. This was their rain out date because it poured on their original session date a few weeks ago. All day yesterday the sky was dark, hard rain showers came and went. Ugh! I was so worried. Then, right when it was session time it cleared right up. We got in some great shots! Yay!! On the way home, the sky got black again! lol! We sure lucked out! Enjoy your sneak you guys! The Banzhaf Family

Last night I met the beautiful Banzhaf family for a family session. We met at a nice park with lots of room for the boys to run, run, run. Boy, did they run, run, run! haha!

These boys are awesome! They do not sit still for one second. Mom, you are amazing! I don't see how you do it. :) Kidding aside, these guys were great. Every once in a while a family comes along where a true life style session can be done. This was one of those. This session is one of my all time favorite sessions EVER! I got to capture a real family being just that...a FAMILY.

These boys are so funny! Totally all boy! I don't think they realize what it will be like soon when their new little sister is born. haha!

The Kennedy Family

Last night I met up with the cute Kennedy family for the first time. This family of 6 was wonderful! The big kids are such great helpers with their twin little sisters. It was so cute to watch them. :) We walked around a near by park and got in some nice fall shots. Yes, we do get a bit of color down here. lol! Thank you Kennedy family! It was fun. This is one of those shoots that made me smile. I smiled the minute these guys got out of the car...awesome outfit choices! These guys were so nice and so much fun. The Hunter Family

Last night I met up with the Hunter Family. I last saw them during Bluebonnet season...I can't believe how big the kiddos are getting! We once again had the most beautiful evening light for their session - my favorite light!! This family is the model family - I swear they all have these eyes that just pop in photographs. :)

The Herndon Family

I met the super fun Herndon Family this morning for a family shoot. I just LOVE this family. These boys are always full of some crazy energy. This family is so strong, so loving, and just so dang awesome! I am always up for hanging with the Herndon boys! Thanks guys for a fun morning! League City Playgroup minis

This past Sunday I headed down to League City to do a few mini sessions with a fun playgroup. I have done minis with this group several times...I just LOVE them! It is neat to see all the kids as they grow up! This time we had not only family shots,but a few maternity & an engagement session too! :)
