Fall is Here!

Fall is here! The trees are slowly starting to turn and the air is a tad cooler. Not much, but some! lol! This time of year starts my crazy fall/winter season. :) I LOVE IT! I love seeing families like this get together to capture some memories! I love when Grandparents and Aunts join in! So much fun and so special! We had fun tromping around the park and getting in some great pictures. Caroline, your family is BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for sharing your evening with me. :)

The Augustine Family

Sunday afternoon I met up with the sweet Augustine family for a super cool skateboard themed family shoot. We finally had a break in the heat this weekend so it was a perfect day! We had fun hanging at the skate park and getting tons of great shots in! I even learned some skate park lingo. haha! Plus, it turns out Miss Christina and I were grade school friends! Saturday was a beautiful cool Tx winter day. I met up with the sweet Gazzana family. Last time I took these guys pics they were a family of three. Not anymore! :) We had fun tromping around and getting some great smiles in along the way. Enjoy!

Finally!  A cool  Autumn morning!  I met up with the sweet Miller family Sunday to do a family session.  Everything was perfect!  The weather, the kids, and cute smiles!  Enjoy your sneaks!

Ryan is Nine! Battleship Birthday

My Ryan turned 9 years old a few weeks ago!  He is way into Navy and all things Military.  He wanted to have a Navy party this year.  So...what better place to have it then the Battleship Texas!








We rented the awesome on board private (and air conditioned) Dreadnought room. It was a great room in the 2nd level deck. Super cool vintage Navy posters lined the room...a perfect party room! Each child got a navy sailor hat to wear. 





First up was a ship scavenger hunt where they learned all the history of the ship while exploring.








After touring the ship and the hunt we all made it back to the Dreadnought room for snacks and cake. I made a cute Battleship cake which was a hit. Very yummy too! :)






After recharging, it was back to playing on the ship. It was a bit over casted that day so not many tourist were there. We basically had the entire ship to ourselves! The played Navy war games. It was fun to watch. lol!










It was a great day. Ryan just loved it! Every little boys dream to have a real Battleship as their playground for the day! Happy Birthday Ryan!! We love you!

The Boys of Fall

There is no other state that compares to Texas when it comes to football! We take it seriously around these parts. :) I loved meeting the Acuff boys last night to capture them doing what they do best. FOOTBALL!! What a great evening we had. There is WAY to much cuteness going on here. :) Enjoy!

I spent Sat. evening with these beautiful girls! I have known these ladies since they were tiny! I love to see how beautiful lovely ladies they are growing up to be. :) We have fun on this hot, hot evening tromping around the woods. It was well worth it though! Thank you girls! It was fun!

Welcome to the blog Nordmann Family! What a fun evening I had with these guys. It was fun to see Coach Mike and his beautiful family away from the pool! lol! I did have to throw in a little TWST though with a cute blanket that my friend made for me. :) I found it only fitting since TWST is such a big part of their lives.
