Bluebonnet Weekend

So I did not do "official" bluebonnet minis this year. I have so much going on right now that I just did not have the time to organize them like in years past. I did have a few clients contact me about doing them...so I this past weekend was bluebonnet weekend. lol! The flowers are not all that full this year. We did not have a whole lot to work with like in years past. I think it stayed cold way to long for them. haha! They turned out great though! With a little creative angles, you would never know the flowers are not at their best. :) Enjoy!

Bluebonnets Day two

Today was an another beautiful sunny warm spring time day. We had a great time with the beautiful bluebonnets. Lots of smiles and laughter! Enjoy!

With all this rain we have been having some bluebonnets sessions have been rescheduled for different days.  We are getting them all in though!  I can't complain about the rain after that hot summer drought we had last year. :) This group was supposed to be my last group of the season. lol! They ended up being my first. :) .  :)  It was a beautiful sunny spring time day today. Enjoy!

The Gazzana Family

I met up with the beautiful Gazzana family this weekend over in Kingwood. I have several clients over there and I love to go visit my old stomping grounds. :)

We met at a beautiful pond. It was HOT. I mean HOT! lol! We even took a a break for a few minutes to cool off in the car mid session. lol! Got to love Tx summer heat. haha!

Bluebonnet Minis - Session Four

Last night was the last session for bluebonnets. It was a wonderful evening! We had beautiful weather, beautiful families, awesome light and the most stunning and peaceful surroundings. We got in some gorgeous shots. Thank you guys for coming out! Enjoy!

The Kennedy Children - Bluebonnets

I met up with the cute Kennedy Children last night for a bluebonnet session. They were great! These children are so sweet and so photogenic! We had a fantastic session. Even found some golf balls deep in the flower field. lol! Enjoy your sneaks!

Bluebonnet Minis - Session Three

Last night was a perfect night for bluebonnet sessions. It can get rather sunny up on that hill, but last night was PERFECT! I love shooting on over casted, cloudy days. I met up with four great families! Enjoy your sneaks!

Bluebonnet Minis - Session Two

Another great day for Bluebonnet Minis! I had three amazing families. We had some great entertainment out on the hill since The Muddy Trails Run had happened that day. A Zydeco band was playing which was fun! We got some wonderful shots in. Enjoy your sneaks!

The Suttons - Bluebonnets

My Mother & Father have been wanting to do a session with the Grandchildren a very long time! We met up last night to do just that! :) The cousins LOVE to get together with each other. They had a lot of fun! We had great weather and the perfect golden spring time yummy light. My favorite! Now, its deciding on which one to get BIG to go on our walls! lol! Grandparent/Grandchildren sessions are my absolute FAVORITE of all to shoot. Every Grand parent needs to a session like this. I am so happy my kids will have these images to look back on. It warms my heart! Here is a sneak peek of a few. Enjoy!

This family is awesome! The kids are full of love and energy! They look after one another...you can see the closeness. I love seeing that in families. :)

Skipper Kids -Bluebonnets

They're Here!!! Yep. Bluebonnets that is. :) The road ways here in Tx are blooming with the pretty Tx State Flowers. Every Tx child gets their pictures done in these gorgeous flowers...its a rite of passage. You will see quite a few of these sessions in the upcoming weeks. lol! First up is the Skipper children. These two were GREAT! I got tons of smiles. Last year Miss KallieAnn was one of my "babies in a basket in the bluebonnets". This year she got to play! :) Grayson was the southern gentleman that he always is. I LOVE these kids! Enjoy your sneaks Skipper family!
