Today was a very wet & yucky day. That did not stop me though from meeting up with two sweet little ones! They are cousins. One lives here and the other in MA. Little T was in for a visit, so their momma's contacted me to do a shoot. I hear he has a birthday coming up too! :) We had to seek shelter most of the shoot, but we got some great shots! These two are so adorable!
Meet little Miss M and Master T :)
They just put a big smile on my face each time I look at these. :)
It was fun! Even in the rain! :)

Melissa's Bridals
Two weeks ago I met up with Melissa to do her bridal portraits. I could not post them yet though because she did not want anyone to see her in her beautiful gown. She is just stunning! By now Melissa & Billy are newlyweds. I'm sure the day was beautiful! I can't wait to hear all about it! Presenting the beautiful Melissa...

Texas Road trip in Spring
This time of year on the days the kids are not in school I pack them up and head out to do something. It does not matter what we do, just something outside! In just a matter of days the blazing summer will be upon us so we like to enjoy the beautiful spring weather and all of its glory. Texas is hands down the most beautiful state in the spring. Wildflowers are blooming everywhere...even in the cities. So this particular Thurs. we headed to the country. We have this one spot off the beaten path that we go to each year to see the most beautiful flowers. This year did not fail. I was a tad worried because rain was in the for cast, but we lucked out. We spent 2 hours there playing in the most gorgeous field. We had every type of weather...full sun, dark clouds & a bit of rain. We got some great shots though! We ended the day at McDonald's enjoying some much deserved ice cream. It was a funtastic day!!! One that I look forward to each spring. I hope the kids will always cherish these days as well. :)

A Very Special Day
I had the pleasure of spending a very special Sunday capturing the images for two little twins on their Baptism day. It was so beautiful that afternoon! The sun was shinning and there was a nice breeze. Perfect for a back yard brunch affair with awesome food and so many loved ones all around! They had relatives fly in from all over to help celebrate. You could just sense the love all afternoon. I took these two little ones newborn pictures a few months back so it was so much fun to see how big they have gotten! They are just darling!!! Thank you guys! It was fun! Happy Baptism Day Miss Clara Elizabeth and Mr. George David!

Busy Bluebonnet Evening - bluebonnets
I met these 3 great families on Saturday evening for my last scheduled bluebonnet mini sessions. I do plan to open up a few more dates soon so if you are on my wait list you will be hearing from me shortly. :)
The 3rd Annual Muddy Trails 5K Race was going on that evening so it was a bit busy at the park! lol! We managed though. The bluebonnets were full of visitors but we still were able to get some great shots! By the looks of them you would have never known we were one of MANY families out there taking pictures.
First came the beautiful Fieser family!
These sisters are ADORABLE!
Then little Master Fisher arrived. Nothing is cuter then a little boy in a Jon Jon. Oh, how I miss my Ryan in Jon Jons. He lived in them when he was younger - I think now that he is 5 he would kill me if I tried to dress him in one. Boo!
Lastly was sweet little 5 month old Alden.
Love this! Her cute tiny feet. This would go BIG in my house. lol!
Love her eyes!
♥ ♥
Thank you all for being so patient with all the craziness around us that night. Hey, we got to listen to some great music during our shoot! lol!

I was super worried about our shoot on Friday evening. Rain was in the for cast and it looked like it was a coming. Fast! lol! When I got to the location the sky was dark. I was thinking to my self "please hold out". It did!!! I got both families in just in time. :)

I just love these mommy and daddy shots :)

Then came the Skipper family. They have been all over the blog lately! :) The camera just LOVES the Skippers. All four of them!
Little Mr G. melts my heart!
The beautiful new Miss K!
New family of four! ♥♥♥♥

Twin Baby Belly - Bluebonnet style
This awesome momma called me up to see if I could get some cute shots of her baby bump. That is a twin baby bump! I was expecting a humongous belly but hers is soooo cute and perfect. Big sis thinks so too! :) We decided to do the belly shots with Maizy's bluebonnet shoot since their entire family is about to change any day now. We did not want to miss our chance! :)
I told you.... the cutest belly around!
Love the light on this one!
We had the most perfect evening for this shoot. Maizy is so stunning. No wonder I have her last year's bluebonnet picture on my current business cards. She screams bluebonnet perfection! :)
This one is so sweet!
Thank you ladies! It was so much fun! I can't wait to meet the babies!

Sunny, Sweet Siblings - Bluebonnets
On weds evening I met up with the cutest siblings ever for bluebonnet minis.
First up with the ever so darling Carr girls! They were dressed in their Easter finest. Their dresses were sooooo pretty!
Sisterly love ♥♥♥
:)
This one makes me giggle. Miss K showing me her darling dress
Oh my! Miss K, when did you grow up?!? You went from little girl to a Young Miss over night! You look so grown up here!
Thank you ladies! You rock as usual!! ♥
Next up was the Gilmore twins. I am going to share a bit more here because this was a full shoot. They brought their Grandmother & Grandfather too. Mom wanted me to capture some images of her parents....its been a long time. I just LOVE grandparent/grand kids shots. They are so special! Years from now the all grown up children can look back at these and smile and remember such fond memories of their Granparents. That is why I LOVE my job!
We had THE MOST PERFECT light for this session.
My goodness, look at these two!
This one takes my breath away...
♥♥♥
I love capturing pure emotion. I mean really. Does it get any better?
I had goosebumps as I left that session!
Thank you all! Enjoy your sneak peeks!
