The Herndon Boys are Back

On my way out of town for Thanksgiving I stopped off at the park to squeeze in a short shoot with the Herdnon boys. What a fitting day to do it too. I know I am so thankful that I have known this awesome family for a few years now. They have really touched not only my heart but the whole The Woodlands community as well.

Their oldest son, Will, was recently diagnosed this past June with Juvenile Batten Disease - a fatal, inherited disorder of the nervous system. This family is not giving into it. They are fighters! The Will Herndon Fund for Juvenile Batten Research was formed a few months ago and at the first fundraiser "Hope Under the Stars" well over $200,000 was raised. This is probably the most touching photo I have taken in a long time. The foundation sells these beautiful necklaces that Missy is wearing here. It says "Will" and Hope, Faith, Pray, Courage. I'm sure you have already seen women walking around town wearing them. :) I love that Will has his eyes closed in the photo hugging his mom. It is very touching.

I mean really. They are so loving! When baby Magnus took a spill, Steele and Will were right there to pick him up, dust off his pants and give him a big hug. That is true brotherly love.

The O'Leary Family

I had the pleasure to meet up with the O'Leary family on Monday evening. They live steps away from an awesome pond so we decided that would be the perfect place for pictures. Little J & A were dressed in the cutest little Jon Jons. I remember just a few years ago I would dress my Ryan in them for every occasion. I love Jon Jons! ♥ Those two were non stop bundles of energy too! We had a blast. Thanks guys!

Birthday Boy

Mr. Grayson had an awesome Pirate Themed Birthday Party on Sunday. His momma let me tag along and take pictures of the day. Every thing was perfect - every little detail! Happy Birthday Mr. Grayson. I hope you enjoyed opening all those presents later that night. :)

The Guidry Girls

Brotherly Love

I love the Judge boys! These two little cuties keep me laughing ALL OF THE TIME! I also love that they live right down the street from us. We met at our local duck pond for some fun yesterday. This is a great place where we actually have some Autumn colors! Can you believe it? It is so pretty this time of year.

The Kelley Family

I got to meet up with the wonderful Kelley family again on Sunday. We had a blast this summer during their family session and this one was no different. Well, it was much, much cooler this time around! lol! Little R. has grown so much! He was not walking last time I saw him and now he is a running machine. He kept me on my toes. The Wilcox Family

The beautiful Wilcox family met me on The Woodlands Waterway on Saturday morning for a nice morning walk. We took some pictures of course! lol! It was such a nice cool,crisp morning.
